Esta espectacular villa con piscina privada y magnificas vistas está situada en Cala Montgó, un enclave privilegiado, situado en plena Costa Brava, rodeada de culturas milenarias y paisajes de gran belleza.
El espacioso salón-comedor, la cocina, y dos de los cuatro dormitorios tienen vistas maravillosas al mar. El jardín porticado y la maravillosa piscina, que da la sensación de estar colgada encima del mar, los invita a pasar buenos momentos con la familia o amigos. Para acceder a la casa se suben unas escaleras y la villa tiene unas vistas panorámicas al el Parque Natural del Montgrí y a la hermosa playa de de Montgó. Esta, es una de las más bonitas de la Costa Brava.
Además, esta cala nos ofrece magníficos paseos por el Parque Natural del Montgrí. El camino hasta la playa es de tan sólo 450 metros. La casa tiene varias terrazas muy grandes, jardín y piscina privada. En los exteriores de la casa encontrará mesas con sillas, tumbonas, y todo lo necesario para disfrutar de las vacaciones. A unos 500 metros de la casa hay restaurantes, bares, tiendas y un supermercado.
En total en la villa pueden dormir 8 personas (2 camas dobles y 4 camas individuales).
Entrada: de 17:00 a 20:00 horas de lunes a sábado. Para entrar en domingo o en festivos contactar con la agencia. El lugar de recogida de llaves: la agencia. Se pagará un depósito en concepto de fianza con tarjeta a su llegada (300€) y se devolverá durante los próximos 7 días después de la salida.
La ropa de cama está incluida en el precio de la limpieza final.
Servicios obligatorios: La tasa turística 1€/persona/noche (mayores de 16 años). Las toallas (9,90€ por reserva que incluye una toalla de baño para cada huésped, una toalla de manos y una alfombra de baño para cada cuarto de baño), limpieza final (el coste depende del alojamiento).

It is not heated, but the water was still warm. Snorkeling along the rocks down in the cove was great, with lots and lots of small fish. The house itself was very clean when we arrived so absolutely no complaints there.

The house did not have paper towels, and limited toilet paper so you may want to bring those. There were also no spices for cooking so you will need to bring your own. We ate many meals out at the wonderful local restaurants and bars, so you really dver más

We ate many meals out at the wonderful local restaurants and bars, so you really don’t need to cook much. As others have mentioned, the Wi-Fi at the house was excruciatingly slow. The house does have a washer but no dryer. As others have mentioned there are a large number of small ants outside of the house that will seek out any food left out in the kitchen. We were careful to put all food into the refrigeratoropen bread and pastries into the oven. However we didn’t think to clean all of the crumbs from the toaster. The next morning there was a trail of ants to the toaster. This is just a consequence of where the house is located. They had the house very clean for our arrival. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

The villa is located high up on hilly ground and out-of-the-way, but in return you have an amazing view and a fantastic outdoor area.

Toilet and bathroom downstairs have no place to hang towels, same issue in the kitchen. We were there end season and many restaurants and shops were closed for winter. Quite far from supermarket etc. so a car is a must. Kitchen and bathrooms could dover más

Staff at K3Homes had limited English skills and we had power failure during heavy rain and communication by phone were a bit challenging.

I truly cannot rave about this place enough!! The check in process was easy as pie, the office is located in town on the way to the Villa so it's really no trouble at all. The linens, towels etc that we requested were not only at the Villa but also bver más

The linens, towels etc that we requested were not only at the Villa but also beds were made and towels presentable which was a nice gesture. The beauty of this space will never be captured by photograph... I would know, I tried endlessly. Sunrises over the cliffs to your left, sun sets over the sleepy sea village to your right, the brightest stars above you in the evening. We stayed for 4 days (sadly) and I can honestly say not once did we believe it was real. This place will not disappoint, it is pure magic. Also, I had a small nightmare when I left my Bridesmaid dress behind and I must give the most sincere thanks to Elna for her help in getting it returned to me. She is the definition of customer service.
