Description
The apartment is just 200 meters from the Cala Montgó beach and the Montgrí Natural Park.
The Montgó beach has shops, bars, restaurants and all kinds of water activities around it. The natural park is a perfect place for hiking or cycling, enjoying the stunning views of the sea.
The apartment is divided into open kitchen (fully equipped with basic kitchen utensils) and living room with access to the terrace. A double room, a room with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
In total in the apartment can accommodate 4 people: in 1 double bed and 2 single beds.
Dogs are welcome and have a supplement. A maximum of 1 pet up to 10kg are allowed.
Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
Mandatory services: City tax 1€/guest/night (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 9.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.

The apartment is very spacious, about 55-60 m2. The location is amazing! 200 m to the beautifull sandy beach (perfect for children to built sand castels and learn swimming) . Supermarket also about 200m away.

Only three things we didn't like were: 1) I was not able to wasch the disches normally (I'm 1,83 m tall, and the cabinet hanging over the sink was directly in the hight of my face,so I had to bend over really hard.) 2) reception (phone and internet) is really poor, you have to stay in living room or on the balcony to make a proper call. 3) there is no ViFi. Two bedrooms, one with double bed, second with two single beds. Mattresses are not very confortable, but for one week is ok. A lot of place to store your things, spacious wardrobes in both bedrooms. Kitchen very well equipped, you'll find pots and pan, mixer, microvawe etc., a lot of plates and glasses- also plastic IKEA children' mugs and plates. Bathroom a little bit old, but well equipped. Really a lot of place for cosmetics etc. Living room spacious and comfortable. So is balcony. |

Le confort des lits est très relatif, nous sommes désolés de ne pas les avoir aimés.
L'appartement est très proche du parc naturel, il est possible qu'il y ait des fourmis à cause de la chalsee more

L'apartament té un problema serio amb els mosquits, que es podria solventar amb una simple mosquitera i avisant als clients, doncs comprariem antimosquits. Vam arribar a matar més de 100 mosquits, una bojeria.

Un altre inconvenient és: et donen les claus a les 17 i té les fan tornar a les 20 del matí a l'escala, això vol dir deixar l'apartament a les 9:30. Dels pocs apartaments que hem estat que no et donen ni tovalloles. |

L'entrega de claus es a partir de les 16:00 i el retorn de les claus a les 10:00. La roba de llit està inclosa en el preu, les tovalloles no, les pot portar vostè o llogar-les a la nostra oficina.
