Description
Modern house, with communal pool and garden, shared by only six neighbors. Located in a quiet neighborhood, between the beach of Riells and the beach of Cala Montgó. And just a few meters from a natural area, a small forest and beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea.
The house is divided in two floors. On the first floor there is the kitchen, a bathroom with shower and the living room with access to the terrace. The second floor has two bedrooms with a double bed in each, and a bedroom with a trundle bed (two single beds). And a bathroom with shower. The house also has a private parking space located within the community.
In total in the house can sleep 6 people: in two double beds and a trundle bed (two single beds).
Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
Mandatory services: City tax 1€/guest/night (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 9.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.

Very nice accommodation with private parking space. The fenced garden was a plus with a kid, the communal pool is next to the garden. Big closets in the rooms so you can put away all your clothes. We had a very nice stay here.

Airco only works if all windows and doors are closed. That generates practical problems: if you go out early, there is a bleep in every room when you close the door behind you, if you open the bathroom window for aeration, there's no airco in the othsee more

El alojamiento es tal cual se ve en las imágenes. La recogida se realiza en las oficinas de la agencia que lo gestiona, pero el trato y la atención fueron muy buenos. Fuimos 3 familias con 4 niños y la casa fue perfecta. Comedor amplio para que jugarsee more

Fuimos 3 familias con 4 niños y la casa fue perfecta. Comedor amplio para que jugaran y jardín arreglado para que corran. Solo se ha de ir con cuidado con que no vayan hacia la piscina. Esta alejado del centro, pero en una zona tranquila. Las habitaciones eran amplias.
