The Montgrí Natural Park is 3.6 km away and the historic center of l’Escala is 500 m away.
The accommodation is distributed over 2 floors. It has a garden with private pool (8.5 x 4 meters and 1.40 to 1.60 meters deep), a large dining area outside with porch, portable barbecue and sun loungers.
The living room, with access to the outside, has fans, TV with international channels, WiFi, stereo, DVD and fireplace.
The kitchen is separate, fully equipped with appliances and utensils, a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, a filter coffee maker, a dishwasher and an oven.
This accommodation has 5 bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is 1 bedroom with a single bed (90 cm) and a bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm). On the main floor, there are 3 bedrooms with double bed each (150 cm, 160 cm, 135 cm). All bedrooms on the main floor have an access to the outside. All beds offer bedding, duvets or blankets and pillows.
There are 3 bathrooms in this accommodation: 2 with bath and 1 with shower.
This accommodation has heating, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, clothesline with clothespins, private parking for 2 cars and garage for 2 cars. Pets are allowed (at an additional cost).
Swimming pool not available in winter season.
Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
Mandatory services: City tax 1€/guest/night (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 9.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.

Es bastante incómodo que aparezca gente sin avisar dentro de la casa. Además, da sensación de inseguridad. Nos pasó nada más llegar: había una persona dentro arreglando un baño y nadie nos lo había dicho. Nos dimos un susto tremendo. La segunda vez, see more
Es bastante incómodo que aparezca gente sin avisar dentro de la casa. Además, da sensación de inseguridad. Nos pasó nada más llegar: había una persona dentro arreglando un baño y nadie nos lo había dicho. Nos dimos un susto tremendo. La segunda vez, un día a las 9 de la mañana entran dos hombres sin avisar para arreglar el jardín. Nos levantamos de un salto porque no contábamos encontrar a nadie dentro de la casa. Creo que el descanso es fundamental y los sustos están reñidos con el relax. Esto se puede solucionar, sencillamente, avisando. En otra ocasión vinieron otras personas a arreglar, de nuevo, el baño, pero avisaron y se quedaron en la puerta antes de entrar (esta es la forma).
